The primary objective was to ensure complete privacy from the street without compromising on natural ventilation or the homes connection to the outdoors.
Our Solution
We wrapped the balconies in custom CNC cut metal screens that act as a second skin. This functional art filters harsh sunlight into soft rhythmic patterns while shielding the interiors from external view.
The Outcome
The result is a sophisticated urban retreat where the play of light and shadow creates a dynamic living experience. Every floor feels connected to nature through carefully placed greenery and open to sky pockets.
