The brief demanded expansive balconies, a rooftop leisure zone, and a strong modern identity—while controlling heat, privacy, and street exposure. With close neighboring buildings, the home needed openness and views without feeling exposed, and layered outdoor spaces that remain usable across seasons.
We designed stacked outdoor decks with deep cantilevers to create shade and architectural drama. Glass balustrades keep views open, while vertical fins, parapet heights, and strategic planting add privacy without heaviness. A restrained palette of grey stone, clean frames, and warm lighting brings a minimal-luxury character. The rooftop was planned as a complete leisure level—lounge + landscape + pool—turning the top floor into a private retreat.
The residence reads bold and composed from the street, yet feels calm and comfortable inside. Outdoor spaces perform as true extensions of the home—bright, shaded, and private—while the facade detailing and lighting give the building a premium night identity. The result is a timeless contemporary residence that balances lifestyle, climate comfort, and signature visual impact.
