We designed a sweeping grey frame that wraps around the retail volumes to create a sense of continuous motion. The massive central glass portal was engineered to maximize visibility for interior brands while serving as a grand welcoming gesture for the city.

By night the integrated glow and metallic accents transform the building into a cinematic presence that draws visitors into a world of curated luxury and spatial fluidity.
