The primary objective was to move away from typical boxy residential designs and create a structure that felt organic and fluid while managing the vast scale of the interior spaces
Our Solution
We utilized deep overhangs and rounded balcony profiles to add a sense of movement to the facade inside we balanced massive marble flooring with warm wood textures and strategic cove lighting to create a sense of cohesive luxury
The Outcome
The result is a landmark home that offers a perfect blend of high end sophistication and comfortable living where every room flows naturally into the next under a canopy of light and premium finishes
