The primary objective was to design a large scale commercial structure that maintains a grand street presence while ensuring the interior retail spaces feel welcoming organized and accessible for clients
Our Solution
We utilized a combination of bold grey volumes and horizontal wooden screens to break the verticality of the building facade inside we used curved ceiling elements and strategic task lighting to define specialized zones without using restrictive walls
The Outcome
The result is a sophisticated destination where grand architectural forms meet highly detailed interiors providing a seamless transition from a professional workspace to a premium retail gallery
