A Contemporary Travertine Villa
Introduction
The Challenge
The primary objective was to design a large scale structure that feels intimate and warm rather than imposing while managing the transition between different functional levels.
Our Solution
We used a palette of linear travertine stone and horizontal wooden slats to break the massive vertical surfaces while integrating deep overhangs to create depth and natural shading.
The Outcome
The result is a striking landmark home that offers an expansive living experience where grand exterior forms flow into calm light filled interiors.
